I've been personal training with Jeff from Total Shapeshift for over 5 years now. As I have trained with 2 other trainers, I would say that Jeff is the most indepth trainer that I have worked with, no stone is left untouched.

The programs are developed to a very high standard, everything in the program is there for a reason. I can say this as I have trained for many different things, during my time training with Jeff. From running the New York marathon, to powerlifting (which I achieved a silver medal in my weight category in the commonwealth powerlifting games), fat loss and health.

All of the training is supported with a comprehensive nutritional plan. For instance, on my current nutritional plan I have noticed major changes in my body, like:- less aching of my joints, more energy, and a 17lbs drop in body weight, and all this in a 30 day period of time.

So if you want to see results I can recommend Total Shapeshift very highly.

I have been a fitness instructor and training for a few years now doing various different things, from running, weights, cycling and even training with a boxing club. So I wouldn't say that I was unfit or nieve to the many methods of fitness training.

After reaching a stage were I wasn't getting the results that I wanted to achieve. I was still carrying extra fat and wanted to see definition and of course getting older was slowing the whole process down. That's when I decided to approached Jeff. I found his programs a lot different from any training I had done before but very effective. We have worked on the problem areas that no longer cause me any pain and my posture has improved greatly. This has also been backed up with a nutritional plan designed to burn fat and the change in my appearance has been noticeable even just after the first 4 weeks. I can now see the definition that I have been trying to achieve for so long.

The programs are always changing, challenging and never boring. I am amazed at how quickly I seem to progress but of course this all comes down to Jeff's knowledge, expertise and the time he puts into the programs he produces. I now feel that I'm actually getting somewhere and look forward to the next stage of my training.

I have been training with Jeff from Total Shapeshift for 2 years now. In that time my body shape, weight and body fat percentage has changed all for the better. Jeff is great at designing a programme for the exact shape you want and always gets me fast results. Over the first year I dropped 16lbs and 10% body fat, while adding muscle. My idea was to lose weight but keep muscle and Jeff helped me do that without changing my eating habits too much. He has also helped me maintain my weight for the last year which was my plan. His programmes are also very enjoyable; he always has new ideas for progressing for more results. When I tell Jeff what shape I am after, I have total confidence in his ability and knowledge to come up with the right programme. I completely recommended Total Shapeshift if you are after quick results and changing your shape and maintain weight.

I started training with Jeff from Total Shapeshift in 2002 in order to try and tone up, increase my fitness levels and improve my breathing (slightly asthmatic) again, as I had put on weight through lack of motivation and an unwillingness to exercise. I always knew that the training was going to require hard work and patience if I wanted it to pay off in the long-term, the same way that I knew I needed someone else to push me that little bit more so I could achieve my goals.

In all the time that I have been training, Jeff has made sure the training has been suited to my particular goals at the time, kept them fresh by changing them on a regular basis, helped to motivate me when I have been lacking enthusiasm, and patiently listened to all my moaning (although I am not sure that this was ever part of the deal!).

As well as learning how exercise can change your body, and how the different exercises work, I have also learnt a lot on the nutritional side as well. As part of one of my earlier programmes I started on a nutritional plan at the same time in order to sort out my bad carb habit. This was one of the most beneficial things I have done, as it helped to improve my breathing more than ever and also helped me to shed some body fat and start to get the toned look I was striving for.

Jeff is the sort of trainer who will make a workout sound easy, yet push you to your limits and keep you motivated throughout. He is on top of the current trends in fitness and training and will make sure those that are most beneficial are included in the routines he sets out. It will never be easy, but it will always be worth it - hence the reason I am still moaning in his ear a few years on!
